Now that Lexi’s wedding is less than a month away (I have absolutely no idea where the time went), it’s time to start making the really hard decisions…specifically, what to do about my hair.  Since I’ve moved to Vegas, I have completely forgotten how to do my hair in a humid climate.  And let’s be honest…I actually LOVE a dry climate!  My hair is a little less manageable, and even though my hair is shoulder length, I deceptively have a ton of hair (it’s very thick) with the wedding taking place in late June in Indiana…my hair is going to be an issue.

Lexi, being an amazing and thoughtful planner, has already considered that her bridesmaids might want someone to actually do their hair, and has 2 hair stylists lined up.  Problem is what to do with my hair.  I know that I absolutely hate the heat (I know that’s crazy, I live in Vegas and it gets into the 110s and above…my dislike is a remnant from living in Pittsburgh, PA for four years).  It isn’t that I hate the heat, more I just can’t always seem to tolerate it as well as I would like.  Living in Vegas, I’ve learned that during the summer, you only go out if you absolutely have to go out.  With that in mind, I decided that having my formidable hair off my neck will help me make it through the day without really ever saying the phrase I’m famous for…”It’s hot!”

Again, Lexi is letting all of her bridesmaids pick their own hair style (I know…she’s amazing!), but I’m not the type of person who can easily make a decision….and rather than ask Lexi to make another decision on top of the one million she has already made, here are a few ideas that I’m thinking about:
